May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Below are several resources to bring attention and understanding to this important topic. 

Who does UA Partner with and what do they do for me?

  • ComPsych (free benefit)
    • The EAP is provided free of charge to all UA employees. The EAP benefit is also available, free of charge, to all members of the employee's family who live in the employees household (spouse, Financially Interdependent Partners (FIPs), children, etc)
    • Up to 8 free counseling sessions per issue per family member (both in-person and virtual sessions available)
    • Guidance Resources available 24/7 online with access to articles, podcasts, slideshows, trainings, and more
    • Interactive Digital Tools that provide guidance for anxiety, depression, stress, and more

  • LifeWorks (free benefit)
    • LifeWorks is provided through Securian - our Life Insurance vendor - and is provided free of charge to all UA employees
    • Provides legal, financial, and counseling services
    • Contact LifeWorks or log in to the LifeWorks webpage via the information found on our LifeWorks webpage
  • TalkSpace (provided to employees on a UA Choice Medical Plan and subject to medical insurance charges)
  • Livongo - Powered by Teladoc (provided to employees on a UA Choice Medical Plan and free of charge if eligible for the program(s))
